LAW PRACTICE
Lanbo Yang is a senior associate in the Shanghai office.  Her practice is concentrated on the establishment of businesses in China, corporate/commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, acquisition of state-owned assets, sino-foreign joint ventures and corporate restructuring, financings, taxation, technology law, real estate law, construction law and dispute resolution in a variety of industries including automotive, mining, commercial services and manufacturing.

Ms. Yang’s practice also includes registration, protection and dispute resolution relating to domain names; registration, opposition, cancellation and enforcement of trademarks in China; and patent licensing and enforcement of Chinese design patents.
