LAW PRACTICE
Thor Lundgren is a partner in the Milwaukee office of Michael Best & Friedrich and Chair of the firm’s business law practice area.  His practice concentrates on all aspects of corporate law and finance, including domestic and foreign mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, debt and equity financing under securities and banking laws and regulations and general business law advice.  He has represented business clients in acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and recapitalizations throughout the United States and in Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Finland, Chile, Mexico and South Africa as well as Asia.

Mr. Lundgren is a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee, Secretary of Competitive Wisconsin and has served as a panelist for American Bar Association National Institutes, as an adjunct instructor at the University of Wisconsin Law School and is the former Chair of the Wisconsin Bar Association, Committee on Business Development.
