LAW PRACTICE
Mr. Reynolds is a partner and a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group and is located in the
Shanghai office. Mr. Reynolds’ practice focuses on patent litigation and counseling clients on all aspects of
intellectual property law, including patent procurement.

In jurisdictions throughout the United States, Mr. Reynolds has litigated patent and other intellectual property
cases involving turbomachinery, wireless communications, medical imaging devices, hospital beds, power
tools, ATM machines, internal combustion engines, and many other technical fields. Mr. Reynolds has
first-chair experience in patent jury trials and appellate matters before the Court of Appeals for the Federal
Circuit, and has litigated matters before judges and arbitrators across the country. Mr. Reynolds also has
extensive experience counseling clients on business issues relating to cranes, automobiles, electronic systems,
chromatography equipment, refrigeration systems, and countless business methods relating to a wide array
of technical fields.

Mr. Reynolds is recognized in Milwaukee Magazine’s list of “Rising Stars” in the area of Intellectual
Property Litigation.
