LAW PRACTICE
Pam Giss is the Chief Representative of the Shanghai Office and a partner in the firm's Business Services Department.  She assists clients in structuring their China enterprises and assists clients and provides counsel in connection with acquisitions, sino-foreign joint ventures, employment law, taxation, financings and real estate law in China. 
 
Ms. Giss also provides assistance in Real Estate Development and Municipal Finance transactions including negotiating and documenting large scale development projects, parcel assemblage, acquisition, sale, construction, and leasing matters.
