EXPERIENCE
Maria Desloge serves as Manager of the China Alliance.  She is the central contact person who provides awareness to the North American and China offices regarding each other’s activities.  Mrs. Desloge coordinates and tracks the monthly financial data, as well as the marketing activities between the member firms.  She is the project manager for all China projects in the Shanghai office.  Mrs. Desloge plays a key role to international business development including all facets of marketing involving strategic planning, research and communication, identification of business opportunities, both domestic and abroad, and in composing a budget for the proposed work.  She also assists in drafting proposals and conducting presentations to various strategic committees and potential clients.

SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Prior to serving as China Alliance Manager, Mrs. Desloge worked as a paralegal for Armstrong Teasdale on a variety of corporate transactions both domestically and internationally. 
  • Corporate experience includes work on mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, strategic alliances and joint ventures.
  • International experience includes work in all aspects of transactional commerce, regulation and compliance. 
  • Assisted and managed transactions valued in the range of $6 million to $65 million throughout the U.S., Europe, Japan, India, the Far East and Pacific Rim.
  • Advised and assisted CEO’s and CFO’s with long range plans of personnel and operations, including identifying specific options for integration management to meet a company’s savings objectives.
