Jia “Holly” You is an associate in the Shanghai office of China Alliance.  Her practice is concentrated on the establishment of businesses in China, corporate/commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring, financings, employment law, registration, protection and dispute resolution relating to domain names, registration, opposition, cancellation and enforcement of trademarks in China, patent licensing and enforcement of Chinese design patents.
