LAW PRACTICE
Mr. Sayad is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and engages in international law and business litigation. Demonstrating
a solid international background, his practice primarily consists of advising and representing clients doing business overseas. He
currently advises several national clients on business relations in China. Mr. Sayad assists western-based companies regarding
government relations, trade and regulatory matters, compliance issues, and investment strategies.

In addition to international matters, Mr. Sayad’s litigation practice focuses on a wide range of areas including: general business and civil litigation, government relations, real estate and condemnation, covenants not to compete, and insurance coverage and litigation matters. He has represented clients in all forms of federal civil litigation where he brings unique experience and knowledge
having served as a law clerk for three judges from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and as an intern for Judge Theodore McMillian of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He also has extensive experience in the gaming, entertainment and telecommunications industries and in representing not-for-profit entities.
