Annie Lagacé, an associate with Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, is located in the Beijing office. Her practice focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, share and asset sales, amalgamations, corporate reorganizations and financings. In this respect, Annie advises Canadian and international businesses of all sizes, and regularly provides them advice on a wide range of other corporate and commercial matters.

Annie also has experience in public financings, private placements of equity, debt and convertible securities, take-over bids, issuer bids, arrangements, reorganizations and income trusts. She has acted for both issuers and investment dealers in this capacity.
